Data Operations Analyst

Your role is to provide excellence to our customers using our technology and data. You are providing them the best data and tools they need, to fight crime by creating useful datasets, taking care of flawless data provisioning, and analyzing the data in close co-operation with our international customers. By doing so you are an important knowledge hub for both customers and our product teams.
If, for example, a federal police office needs intelligence on trafficking activities in a certain area of the country. You will then define the data needs and, together with the account management, realize the datasets and configurations needed to get the insights for the customer. With your analytical skills combined with the knowledge of the customers’ use case, you will support this customer with data analyses.
HBO/WO education level.
Eager to learn and to analyze.
You have an outgoing personality and an eye for details.
Demonstrable Data Science or IT background and at least affinity with software development or modern IT systems and APIs.
You live in the Madrid area.
Flexibility to work, if needed, outside of office hours for good compensation.
You speak both Spanish and English (Dutch is a plus).
Working as an integral part of a motivated, creative and energetic team.
