Operations Specialist

About the job

Your goal is to provide excellence to our customers using our technology and data. For example, a federal police department might need data to support their investigations, as a source of intelligence or for monitoring critical events. You will be responsible for fulfilling this need.

Together with the customer you will define what they need from the platform and the data. You will do this through conversations with the customer and by understanding their use case. Your goal is to provide them with the best service. By doing this, you are an important knowledge hub for both customers and our product teams.

To realise this, you will be responsible for our day-to-day operations. Together with the team you will ensure we meet the agreements and expectations of our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring the quality of our services. Together with development teams you will work to improve the stability of our platform.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• You are a strong communicator and have a strong organisational mindset.

• You are a problem-solver, always looking to provide our customers with the best service.

• You have an eye for details and a high sense of responsibility.

• You are willing to travel to our customers around Europe.

• Are willing to work standby shifts from 7:00 - 24:00.

• You speak English and the language of the country you want to work in.
